Start applying the cream from the first weeks of pregnancy and continue for 30 to 45 days after delivery.

Belly: put the cream in your hand and gently massage in circular motions around the navel, clockwise.

Breasts: Spread the cream between the armpits and the sternum gently.

Thighs, hips and buttocks: apply the cream firmly from bottom to top.
